Getting Help Outside of Iowa
Usually, our staff see clients in Iowa (due to licensing laws). However, we can conduct family therapy (by video/zoom) as long as one of the clients is physically located in the state of Iowa. For example, if you would like therapy with a sibling (you live in Iowa and your sibling lives in Florida), it is possible to do this by video. If you are interested, please let us know. We have helped family and partners living in separate states.
Will Insurance Cover My Sessions?
Insurance can be used as long as the person providing the insurance lives in Iowa. Unfortunately, if the person with insurance lives out of the state of Iowa, we cannot bill that insurance.
