Getting Help Outside of Iowa
Our staff usually sees clients in Iowa due to licensing laws. However, we can provide couples or family therapy via video/Zoom as long as at least one client is physically located in Iowa. For example, if you live in Iowa and your sibling lives in Florida, you can still participate in therapy together online. We have successfully supported families and partners living in different states. If you’re interested, please reach out.
Will Insurance Cover My Sessions?
Insurance can be used as long as the person providing the insurance lives in Iowa. Unfortunately, if the person with insurance lives out of the state of Iowa, we cannot bill that insurance.
